Clients that have requested this service worked closely with a team of recruitment experts from requirements discussions through to candidate and client aftercare. We take on board your needs, source candidates, screen them, off jobs, onboard and gather feedback from all stakeholders involved.
We collect all paperwork from candidates including photo IDs, proof of address, proof of qualifications, certificates and NI, Right to Work, and confirmation of work history and experience via two satisfactory references.
For roles requiring DBS, all agency workers will be DBS checked and issued an enhanced certificate within 3 months of commencing with us. We are happy to conduct DBS checks and any other work related checks for permanent staff, once discussed.
Most importantly, all workers go through a face-to-face interview and thorough vetting, including confirming identities and their unflappable passion for their professions.
We pride ourselves on delivering the right candidate to you, making your business easier, your satisfaction and long-term relationship is key for us.
If you are not satisfied with any worker, temporary or permanent, we will find a replacement for you as soon as possible, at no additional cost. Where it is a permanent staff, we will rebate a proportion of the fees (terms apply) – should they leave within 12 weeks of employment.
